3 bedroom, 2 bathroom accommodation that is licensed for 5 guests. Not suitable for young children. One bedroom has a queen sized bed with an ensuite which has a shower, hand basin and toilet. There are two double bedrooms. All beds have electric blankets. The main bathroom has a shower, bath, hand basin and toilet. You will have continuous hot water from a mains natural gas water heater. Enjoy a light, well appointed, open plan kitchen, dining and living area that has all the comforts of home. Entertainment gadgets include free Wi Fi, iPod docking radio / stereo, TV, DVD player or relax in the private and secure decked garden space that opens up from the main living area.
There will be some breakfast provisions which will include fruit, cereal, yoghurt, juice, breads and hot beverage options.

North Hobart is a dynamic location that has much to offer you during your stay. Your accommodation is just a few short minutes stroll to adjoining Elizabeth Street where you can shop and dine. It is Hobart's favourite restaurant strip, ever popular with the locals. Your local newsagency, chemists, grocery shops, takeaways, cafes, wine bar, hotels and post office are right here. If you enjoy the movies, the historic and much loved State Cinema is just around the corner where you can also wine and dine before, during and after a movie. A peaceful green space can be found a few minutes walk away at Soundy Park.
Transport options include reliable public transport bus stops minutes away, taxi services or many harbour side water transport options for your touring needs.
You will be well situated to explore Hobart and its surrounding attractions. A few favourites include Mount Wellington, historic Salamanca, its famous market and Battery Point, Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, Cascade Brewery, Cascades Female Factory, Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA).
Tasmania experiences four distinct seasons. Its climate is mild temperate maritime. December, January, February and March are our warmer months with temperatures averaging around 20 - 25 degrees C. For our cooler months, the cottage has panelled heating and a natural gas heater in the main living area.
