Secure off-street parking is located at the rear of the property and there are small private gardens for your enjoyment at the front and back.
PillingerStreet is an easy 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the gastronomic and bacchanalian delights of the Hobart CBD, Salamanca and the Sandy Bay shopping precinct.
It is a short 15 minute walk to the University of Tasmania.
Upon paying the deposit you will be given the address and key code to access the property with a self check in, or if you supply an ETA your host can also meet you at the arranged time.

Permitted Use of the property is for quiet enjoyment. Parties & functions are strictly prohibited. The property is not equipped for large groups or functions. Disturbance to our neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited. No smoking inside, no pets allowed.
The owners take no responsibility for tenant’s personal property during their stay. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are tenants’ responsibility. Tenants must make sure that the front gate and front door remain closed and locked when not in use.
