PillingerStreet is a beautifully renovated 1920's townhouse located in the quiet inner city suburb of Dynnyrne, adjacent to the peaceful Fitzroy Gardens.

It is fully furnished and self-contained, with gas and electric heating, induction cooktop, washing/drying/ironing facilities, bbq area, free wi-fi.

Complete Kitchen:

-Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hot Plates, Microwave Oven, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware.

Keyless Entry:

- Don't won't about losing the keys - there aren't any Guests will be given a personalised four digit entry code on arrival which expires after checkout.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with queen size beds, located on the first floor and accessible by the stairs. These may not be suitable for frail or elderly guests. There is one ensuite bathroom, one main bathroom and a downstairs WC.

Secure off-street parking is located at the rear of the property and there are small private gardens for your enjoyment at the front and back.

PillingerStreet is an easy 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the gastronomic and bacchanalian delights of the Hobart CBD, Salamanca and the Sandy Bay shopping precinct.

It is a short 15 minute walk to the University of Tasmania.

Upon paying the deposit you will be given the address. When you advise an ETA, your host will arrange to meet you on arrival.

Standard Terms and Conditions - PillingerStreet

Permitted Use of the property is for quiet enjoyment. Parties & functions are strictly prohibited. The property is not equipped for large groups or functions. Disturbance to our neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited. No smoking inside, no pets allowed.

The owners take no responsibility for tenant’s personal property during their stay. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are tenants’ responsibility. Tenants must make sure that the front gate and front door remain closed and locked when not in use.

The maximum occupancy of the property is six guests in three bedrooms.

The advertised tariff is based on two persons occupying one bedroom. Extra guests over the initial two people are charged $50 per person per night.

If only two persons are booked and use two bedrooms, then an additional cleaning fee of $50 per night will be charged for the second bedroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and Stunning Property We recently stayed at this wonderful Pillinger Street property in Hobart for 6 nights. It was pure luxury with each of us having a beautiful double room each, one which had the most beautiful bath tub. It is the perfect location to the market and some yummy cafes which our hosts had recommended. Perfect in every way and really made our trip special.

If you are after a perfectly placed accommodation with enough rooms for a family, high quality surroundings, heating to keep you warm and away from the winds of Tasmania; then this place is perfect. Even if you don't want this, this place is still perfect. Perspective, we had our stay unexpectedly extended in Hobart and went to the Grand Chancellor. Pillinger Street is One Thousand times better than the Grand Chancellor. Pillinger Street is better located, better quality, cleaner, warmer, all round better in every category you can possibly think of. Put your doubt to rest, stop looking, and book this place. If its available, book it. Not kidding!! If we ever come back to Tassie, this will be our place to stay. Details: Close to supermarket, butcher, shopping, take away restaurants, restaurants, cafes, beach, sea, bay, Cascade Brewery, Cascade Female Prison, Hobart city, Mures Restaurant, Mawson's Hut, Maritime Museum, Tasmanian Museum. We rented a car and there is off street parking but we parked on the street without a hassle. Quiet at night and during weekends. Glassware, crockery, high end quality appliances, stylish designs all make for a creative and peaceful environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sunny gorgeous townhouse Our Touring 6 were so pleased to have had 3 nights in this beautifully-appointed townhouse. The owners are offering a property recently refurbished with quality fittings, fantastically comfortable beds and interesting stylishly-considered furnishings. We hope guests always treat this townhouse with respect and contribute to the generosity of the pantry offerings. We can't recommend this property more highly.
