Fully furnished and equipped for short stays, this grand old house on Molle Street is perfectly located to make the most of all the city of Hobart has to offer. Only a short stroll to the CBD, Salamanca Place or Lower Sandy Bay it is also very close to Fitzroy Gardens - a beautiful picnic spot. A two storey Victorian, only the bottom floor is accessible to guests. With gorgeous high ceilings, timber floors, gas fireplaces and a unique feel this is a huge amount of space for a one bedroom property.

On entry there is a driveway next to the house that leads to a turning circle and enough parking for two vehicles. The gate locks, so you can know your vehicle is secure while exploring on foot. The garden is a relaxing space to sit and enjoy a morning coffee, with views to Mount Wellington and an outdoor setting / gazebo.

The kitchen has an induction stove with cookware provided, as well as a dishwasher and microwave for convenience. There is seating for four in this area. The main bathroom separates the kitchen and bedroom, and has a walk in shower as well as full laundry facilities. Shampoo / Conditioner and soap is provided for your first night, as is washing powder.

Into the bedroom, you will love the brand new King Size bed, chaise lounge by the bay window, and Dyson hot/cool heater to keep you comfortable. The windows have been double glazed to cut out traffic noise so you can have a restful nights' sleep. Quality linen, a clothes rack and antique chest of drawers complete this gorgeous room.

The other side of the house is made up of a formal dining room and living room - both with their own gas fireplaces. The dining room features a chandelier and six person dining setting for entertaining if you are visiting family or friends. The original floorboards add character and the dining area also features a bay window. The huge living room boasts a flat screen TV, two couches and french doors opening onto the rear verandah, creating a large but inviting space to relax.

There is a second toilet / powder room just off the central hallway, and a popular hotel next door with great bistro meals available 7 days a week.
