Centrally located apartment with private courtyard. Fully finished, retro modern. The building was built in 1934 and this unit has been fully renovated. There are two bedrooms with double beds. A trundle bed and futon couch an also be used for extra guests if needed. One off street car park available

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Basic pantry items are supplied . There is a s one bathroom with a shower and bath. First aide kit is in the bathroom cupboard.

The lounge dining area is open space. A heat pump is set at a pleasant 23 degrees but can be adjusted by guests if needed. There is a new tv with access to all channels. Free unlimited wifi and NBN is also provided

Around the corner from your apartment is a shared coin operated laundry with washing machine and dryer. They accept 4by $1.00 coins. Washing powder, basket and clothes dryer also available for guests. There s also iron and ironing board.

The apartment is in South Hobart an inner city suburb.At the top of the road is Davey Street with direct access to the city, or turn left to access Mount Wellington. Nearby is Parliament St park for children and Water Works Reserve for family Barbeques in a bush setting.

The Southern Outlet is nearby, your gateway to the south. Shopping is within walking distance to either South Hobart or Sandy Bay, coffee shops, restaurants and novelty stores. Guests can also access a garden at the top f the complex.There is off street parking for 1 car.

The apartment is very convenient for visiting Hobart. Fully self contained suitable for families or couples. There is no smoking or pets and I ask you to be respectful of long term tenants

The apartment is part of a block of flats built in 1934. The style is with high ceilings with thick walls. The apartment has been fully renovated. There is a bus stop to the city or University of Tasmania only a couple of minutes down the road. Coffee shops and a gourmet deli are only around the corner. Sandy Bay has a large number of Resteraunts, modern supermarkets as well as pharmacies, hairdressers doctors and other services. I do not live on site but try and greet my guests if possible. I am available if you need any help and enjoy meeting new people having travelled extensively myself. The apartment is available for short term and longer rentals
