Upstairs boasts the master suite with dressing room, ensuite adjoining sitting room and an upstairs balcony. 3 other bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. The home is kept comfortable and warm with ducted heating and also offers the ambience of cosy wood heating options. Options for entertaining are plentiful with a gorgeous terrace at the rear that flows from the dining room as well as a covered veranda at the front of the home, ideal for taking in the afternoon sun and watching the MONA ferry pass by. Opening from the dining is a sun drenched courtyard perfect for sheltered entertaining. The manicured and stunning landscaped grounds are filled with sandstone walls, perfect lawns and established trees. This part of the Lindisfarne waterfront is lined by beautiful heritage homes that enjoy spectacular water & mountain views as well as fantastic peace & privacy. The location is safe, an easy walk to local cafes, supermarket & food-outlets. It's an easy 13min. drive to the Hobart CBD, 8min. drive to Eastlands mall or Bellerive Beach. Nearby Natone Hill & the waterfront walkway provide local walking & cycling trails & the nearby Geilston Bay & Meehan Range recreational areas provide great local mountain biking options
While proximity to local shopping & dining as well as proximity to Hobart city centre does allow for travel by bicycle, taxi or public transport we recommend a car to get the most from your holiday. Garaging & off-street parking is provided.
