The main bedroom with king bed has water views and access to the bathroom through a dressing room.
The second bedroom with queen bed looks out to a pretty, landscaped garden. Access to the bathroom is only a few steps away.
The well planned and stocked kitchen makes cooking easy for you. You'll have fun producing delicious meals as you enjoy the spectacular view.
Dining and lounge areas and the wide deck take advantage of views. AC is available to provide comfort whether you need warmth or coolness.
This is a wonderful place for one or two couples, or for a family with up to two children, and there are many things to explore in the area. Or you might prefer to curl up with a book, choose a game to play or watch a DVD from the small libraries provided. You can take in the amazing view from the spacious deck while enjoying a glass of wine or cup of tea or coffee.
The property is secure behind electric gates. There is keyless entry to the house, so no need to worry about losing keys. Usually, you would be provided with your unique codes on the morning of your arrival.

Like all homes in the area, Cormiston relies on rainwater tanks. Please be efficient with water use, e.g. take 5 minute showers, turn taps off after use. For safety reasons, please don't use the open fire.
It's only a short walk to the beautiful Primrose Sands beach. It's a 15 minute drive to Dunalley, the gateway to the Tasman Peninsula, Port Arthur and Eaglehawk Neck. It's only 25 mins to Sorell, 35 mins to the historic township of Richmond and 45 mins to Hobart. Orford, gateway to the east coast, is only 1 hour away. Local vineyards, orchards and delicious food outlets including the renowned Bangor Oyster Shed abound.
There is a small local shop in Primrose Sands with fuel, postage stamps, newspapers, fast food and a range of groceries. The local RSL club sells alcohol both over the bar and through the bottle shop and counter meals at the weekend. Alternatively, you might prefer to stock up at bottleshops and supermarkets in Sorell on your way to Primrose Sands.
