Suitable for large families or small groups with a maximum occupancy of strictly 8 people, this includes children of all ages.
Consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor consists of a lovely entrance from Grosvenor Street, main bedroom with 1 x Queen bed and ensuite, small sitting room with TV, large formal lounge room with partners desk for those who still need to work whilst away from home, bathroom with separate toilet, laundry, large open plan kitchen and dining opening up to a courtyard perfect for sitting outside in the summer months. Upstairs takes you to 2 bedrooms the first consisting of 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Single bed the second 3 x single beds.
Please note that currently there is no off street parking for this house with parking required along Grosvenor Street. We are more than happy for your car to be parked in our car park during the day when Grosvenor Street is at its busiest. Please check with reception on arrival if we know the car park will not be full then your car can be left in the car park overnight.
A non-refundable deposit of the first nights accommodation is required when the booking is made.
For Check-in guests need to come to reception located at Grosvenor Court Apartments 42 Grosvenor Street Sandy Bay. If your arrival will be after 5pm please contact us prior to arrival to organise key collection.
Maximum occupancy is strictly 8 people this includes children of all ages.
