Your room is separate from the upstairs unit where I live. I am contactable via text, email or phone throughout the day.
Considered the "Heart of Hobart living", West Hobart is located between the Hobart CBD and North Hobart. The suburb has many lovely older style homes with views overlooking the Derwent River and neighbouring suburbs. It is a quiet neighbourhood with friendly people and neighbours. It is home to the Hill Street Grocer - a local institution - which is one of best places in Hobart for gourmet deli items, fresh fruit and vegetables.
There are also cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, medical facilities, a post office, newsagent, pub, bottle shop, and several parks and reserves.
A 10 to 15-minute walk to the city or North Hobart restaurant strip. Only a 20 to 25-minute car ride to MONA or the Hobart Airport. A public bus stop is adjacent to the residence which will take you directly into town.

If you're walking, please be aware that I live at on a small hill which is approximately 100 meters in altitude.

Although West Hobart is regarded as a very safe suburb, I recommend that you close and lock windows and doors when you leave your room. I am sorry, but I cannot take responsibility for the theft or damage of your belongings.
To be considerate towards my neighbours and me, I kindly ask that you please keep things on the quieter side after 8 pm. I will make sure I'll do the same for you.
I offer NBN Wi-Fi to all guests during their stay (limit of 2 GB per 24 hours). Guests who use my network must agree to use it for legal purposes only, and not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.
- Main door and lock
The door to your room has a digital lock (i.e. keyless) and requires a code each time you open it. I will provide you with the code closer to your arrival.
Please only enter and exit the room off Landsdowne Crescent (i.e. using the separate access down the red brick footpath) and not down mine and my neighbour's concrete driveway off Allison Street. Parking is available on Lansdowne Cresent.
For all confirmed bookings you must arrive or check-in. Check-in times are after 2 pm and before 8 pm on your first booked day. Check-out is 1000 am. To arrange alternative check-in or check-out times, please contact me to discuss.
