The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a storm. There is a large fridge/freezer, full size oven and glass cooktop and a microwave. No need to spend time doing the dishes with a dishwasher to do the work for you. There is a 6 seater dining table for sharing your meals.
The laundry has a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. A port-a-cot and highchair are available, on request.
There is a fully fenced back yard for the kids to play in.
A large reverse cycle air conditioner keeps the house cool in summer and warm in winter.
The 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 6 people in the 4 beds available.

The bathroom has a vanity, shower and toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet to help alleviate the early morning rush.
West Moonah is situated in the northern suburbs of Hobart and provides fast and easy access to Hobart city 8.5km. It is a mainly residential suburb with Moonah 2km and Glenorchy 2km providing the main retail hubs for the area.
The house is close to Moorilla Estate 5.5km, a great place to sample fine wines and beers from their winery and brewery, as well as being home to the world class MONA museum 5.5 km. The Derwent Entertainment Centre 4.2km is also within easy reach.
The Northgate Shopping Centre is just 2.2km, for those who like a bit of retail therapy Other attractions in the area include the Glenorchy Arts and Sculpture Park GASP 3.5km, the Moonah Arts Centre 2.2Km, the Tasmanian Transport Museum 3.5km and the Cadbury Factory Visitor Centre 8.5km.
North Hobart is only 4km away and is the “eat street” of Hobart with plenty of great restaurants and cafes to choose from. The closest supermarket in 2km and all services banks, supermarkets, chemists etc are available in Glenorchy. There is also a Village cinema, an ice skating rink, a bowling alley and a mini golf nearby, just in case the children or adults need entertaining.
NO PARTIES/FUNCTIONS POLICY
We have a strict "No Parties" policy at the house. We also do not allow functions, event or gatherings. The apartment is available for accommodation only and only for the number of guests stated in the booking. If you are planning to have more than 2 visitors at the house during your stay please discuss your plans with us prior to making your booking. We thank you for your understanding regarding this policy.

Guests agree to adhere to the above check-in and check-out times unless a variation has been agreed, in writing by us, at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Please understand that our cleaners have busy schedules and we cannot vary these times at short notice. Also understand that we cannot vary these times when we have other guests departing or arriving the same day.
Please note that we do not have left luggage facilities at the property & cannot store your luggage outside agreed check-in and check-out times.
