Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantasmagorical We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cottage. On arrival I stepped inside, turned around and said, we are home. I was spotlessly clean, bright, cheery and above all welcoming. Our hosts came and introduced themselves, bright lovely people. The cottage had everything you could possibly need, in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom, it was just perfect. On departure, they gave us plants for our garden and little cakes for our morning tea en route home. Sadly, we were only there for two nights, and I said I don't want to go home. We are in the process of planning our annual holiday there next year, and we can't wait. Thankyou Christine and Allan for a fantastic couple of days. Jill, Barry & Jenny

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Accommodation My teenage daughters and I stayed at Balrose Cottage for 3 nights during the school holidays. Extremely clean, spacious, well appointed cottage in a quiet location, and ideal for anyone wanting to explore the Mornington Peninsula. Attention to detail was fabulous, even including freshly baked muffins and chocolates on arrival. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. There were games to play, including Scrabble which we played one evening, a great selection of DVD's for young and old. The beds were so very comfortable and top notch linen. Huge shower and top of the range utensils and cutlery. There was everything you could possibly want, including Glad Wrap and umbrellas for those rainy day walks. We also took advantage of the push bikes and cycled into Balnarring Shopping Centre and down to Balnarring Beach, which was only minutes away. Honestly, couldn't fault this accommodation, and by far the best short holiday stay accommodation I've been too for many years. We will be back.
