Enjoy a relaxing break in this stylish coastal apartment. A beautifully appointed two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment in the heart of Balnarring. A gateway to the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, with its boutique wineries, stunning beaches, craft breweries and a long list of fabulous attractions.

Immerse yourself in this calming and secluded apartment with north facing rooms, beaming with natural light. Queen size bedrooms lead off each side of the central living area, each with their own bathroom.

For the foodies you have many fantastic options: a well appointed kitchen to whip up a feast after a day out at the many local farm gates or farmers market; a bbq in the private courtyard after a day at the beach; or head next door to one of seven restaurants. Or if you feel like venturing further there are plenty of wonderful wineries just up the road, Point Leo Estate or Jackalope are an easy 5 minute drive.

The kitchen hosts a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine, food processor, blender, stand mixer. The pantry is stocked with the basics for you flour, sugar, salt, pepper, rice, etc

A washing machine in the main bathroom is for guests convenience. All linen and bath towels provided. BYO beach towels.

Wi-fi available. TV is equiped with Netflix.

The apartment is equiped with air-conditioning, large windows and ceiling fans to keep cool in the summer months, along with a hot/cold outdoor shower after returning from a day at the beach. Balnarring Beach is an easy 2.5km walk away.

Winter months are cozy and warm with ample heating and luxurious beds. Visit the Peninsula Hot Springs or indulge at a winery by a cozy fire. All year round there are plenty of things to explore around the and see for yourself

Secure gated ground floor carpark provides 1 car space on-site.

Sorry no pets. Check-in 3pm check-out 11am.

Please note: Local council By-Laws introduced in 2018 prevent this property from being a "party house". Any excess noise 11pm-6am or extra persons staying will give grounds for eviction.
