Our property is very comfortable and well maintained, consisting of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living area and separate dining area. Walking distance to front and back beach and only a 12 minute stroll to Blairgowrie shops and Koonya General Store.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans and built in robes. The 5th bedroom is separate from the main house for extra privacy. The bathrooms have been newly renovated.
Main living area has gas fire, comfortable sofas, DVD and 65" Ultra HD digital TV. There are lots of books and DVDs at the property. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee plunger. Beautiful solid timber dining table which seats 8 comfortably. The layout of the house means it is easy to let people sleep whilst others are in the kitchen / lounge area.

Plenty of space to easily handle 2 families with kids or a group of 8 adults.

Wineries - travel through Red Hill and surrounds for fabulous wineries in spectacular surroundings.
