Description

Seahaven at Seaview is located on Seaview Street, Blairgowrie. Boasting lovely sea views, it is footsteps to the beach, yet positioned within a private peaceful street.

Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, you are close to all this stunning environment has to offer. Wineries, golf courses, spectacular surf beaches, hot springs and day spas are all only a short drive away.

The house is equipped with everything you could ever need for a perfect getaway.

Start the day with a cuppa on the balcony as you watch the sun rise over the bay.

Cook up a delicious breakfast in the gourmet kitchen, complete with Map Coffee machine and supplied pods.

Take a two minute walk down to beautiful Stringers beach and wander along the sand for a leisurely 10 minute stroll to the Blairgowrie shopping strip to sample great coffee and browse the local homeware shops. Supermarket, butcher, restaurants and bottleshops are all located here as well.

Feel like a bit more exercise, head in the other direction and take a 40 minute walk into the main street of Sorrento, along the coastal path, taking in the stunning views along the way.

Longing to hit the surf, we are only a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous Koonya Surf beach, with its kilometres of back beach walking tracks.

The house has been completely refurbished in August 2016 and embodies relaxed coastal living.

Ideal for two families to share, the house has 2 kitchens, 2 large living areas, and outdoor alfresco areas on both levels. It has 4 large bedrooms and can accommodate up to

8 people with ease.

The idyllic master bedroom with king bed upstairs has its own private balcony with sea views, and a sumptuous large ensuite with bath, double vanities, and enormous walk in shower.

Downstairs we have another master bedroom with king bed that can be separated into two king singles on request. We have two further bedrooms, serviced by a large family bathroom., kitchen , living area and laundry.

The 4 bedrooms can be configured to your request.

OPTION A : 3 king , 1 queen

OPTION B : 2 Kings, 1 queen, 2 singles

OPTION C : 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 singles

We provide a porta cot and high chair for the little ones, along with a good selection of games, books toys, DVDs etc

Free wifi and two smart TVs with Netflix and Stan will keep the digital kids happy.

Stringer reserve with tennis courts and football field is a 50 metre walk away

In winter snuggle up with a glass of red in front of the gas log fire. The house has 3 split systems along with ceiling fans throughout the house.

Finish the day with a drink downstairs as the children play in the fully fenced backyard.

Retreat upstairs to a BBQ on the deck, as you take in the changing colours of the sky at sunset, and watch the passing parade of ships make their way across the bay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely modern beach house! Very relaxing! We had a very relaxing weekend! Beach house was very nicely set, rooms were very big, with King beds. Julie was lovely to deal with, and even had wine and chocolates in the fridge with a welcome note! Great beach house for families! The living area upstairs is very spacious and the views are wonderful. Would stay here again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic property I stayed at this house with some friends and our babies. We couldn’t have been happier with our accommodation. The house is light, modern, new and extremely comfortable. The owner was fantastic to deal with both before and after our stay, promptly answering any questions that we had before our trip and kindly posting some items that we accidently left behind. A cot and highchair (which seemed brand new) were provided. The complimentary champagne and chocolates was a lovely touch. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Blairgowrie.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clean, modern and very new property! I stayed here with my friends last weekend for a birthday getaway and we all (7pp) loved this place! It was super clean and very modern. We could tell it was a new property because everything looked new and unused. This place had everything you can think of - from Netflix to BBQ and board games. My friends and I like to cook up dishes. We made good use of the kitchen which was well equipped. It even had aluminium foil and cooking oil. The beds were very clean and comfy. Julie left us a lovely welcome note and complementary wine which was very sweet. Overall, we fell in love with this house. Definitely would book again.
