The apartment is located right on the RACV Cape Schanck Resort golf course, backing on to the 18th fairway. As this is an RACV resort, very attractive green fee discounts are available for RACV members, so be sure to bring your membership card with you. There are many other golf courses, including the National Golf Course, Moonah Links, Flinders Golf Club, the Dunes and St Andrews located within an easy driving distance from this holiday location. Further afield – a drive of approximately 15 to 20 minutes the golf courses of Sorrento and Portsea can be accessed. The RACV Clubhouse is a leisurely 5 minute stroll away if you feel like a coffee and cake and/or restaurant meal.
In the surrounding area are many acclaimed wineries, several with fine dining and bistro facilities, along with tasting and cellar door sales. For the more energetic, there is access to horse riding facilities, bay beaches, surfing and an extensive variety of bushwalking tracks.
