This Penthouse TWO bedroom modern apartment is in a great location on beach frontage. Only 15 metres from the soft sandy Carrum beach, with your own private access to the beach, no need to cross roads. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.

The spacious master bedroom has a Queen size bed and its own Ensuite the second bedroom has a comfortable Bunk bed combining one double and a single and its own Bath room with a bathtub .

The apartment includes a spacious dining area and a comfortable Lounge with a large LCD screen. A sunny Sun room to have breakfast, lunches ,drinks and an aircon for those hot days. A huge decking area with Water views with BBQ facilities, makes for an enjoyable breack. doors.

The apartment is comfortable, stylish and only a stone throw away from the water close to a Park with Play equipment and the popular Crackerjack Cafe.

Short and Long term stays are welcome.

The location is PERFECT you 15 metre from water line. Ideal beach for Swimming Walking ,relaxing on the beach. Sailing, fishing, kyaking ( Kyak Rental shop nearby) and wind surfing all possible.The apartment looks out onto the beautiful Carrum Beach and new, award winning Carrum Bowling Club.

Carrum Bowling Club has a great new Cafe "Crackerjack' which overlooks thebay available for Breakfast ,Lunch and Dinner or simply Coffee and Tea (Advise you make reservations for Breakfast and Lunch sittings in summer as it is usually fully booked) .

Keast park is adjacent to the property and has play equipment and BBQ areas.

A short walk will take you to the Riviera Pub where you will be able to have great Steak at a reasonable price .

Kananook Creek has a fantastic walking and bike track. Patterson lakes has bike and walking Tracks and heaps of water activities.Great Relaxing environment, just a hop- step and a jump from everything you need,

Only a 45 minutes drive to CBD Melbourne. The Carrum Station is 900 metre wallk. also 45 meters from Mornington Peninsula .

CANCELLATION FEE: More than 30 (thirty days)prior to arrival : 10% of total value.Less than 30 (thirty) days No Refund.

BOND: $500.00 held on Bank Card

MINIMUM Stay: Season dependent- 3 Nights in winter, 5 nights is summer.

MAXIMUM Number of occupants is 5

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful location Booked this place for my family when they came to visit. Location is great as next to the beach, also next to a great cafe and only a few minutes to train stations that connects you to melbourne CBD. The owner Claude is welcoming and does everything to ensure you're having a good stay and a good experience overall. Neighbours are lovely as well. Apartment is clean and spacious with a deck for a bbq with beach view. Washing machine and all other necessary amenities were present. It was a home away from home and I will def recommend to friends and other family. Well done to Claude for serving up great memories for my family who thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
