You get different views from each window from Geelong sweeping around to the Melbourne skyline. Stunning both day and night.

With markets, cafes and wineries on your doorstep you wont now where to start. Enjoy a tasting or cellar door experience or simply unwind on the beach and read a book.
The area caters to those more active among you with the local beach only a few mins walk away for Jet Skiing and water sports. Next to the beach is the boat ramp with great fishing all year round. Up the road you have the choice of two Golf clubs ans a state of the art driving range. The Rail Trail for cyclists is just up the road with Ocean Grove Surf beach only a15 min by car and Torquay a 30 min drive away.

We want it to feel like your home away from home with little extras like full body massage chair offering zero gravity and Telstra TV. The home has been professionally styled to create a calm haven.

Both the upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms offer fold out couches with linen stored in the chaise. A port a cot is located in the wardrobe of B2, linen not supplied for cot.
All bedroom have LCD televisions, so you can escape the kids or have some private time.
All bedding is provided, however own infant bedding for cot is required.
Guests are provided with towels and additional linen can be requested for longer stays. Beach towels need to be brought with you.
The kitchen offers full cooking facilities with a 30 litre convection microwave and grill, stove and fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich press, blender and kettle upstairs and full kitchen with the same and and oven downstairs.
On arrival the kitchen is stocked with basics like tea, coffee, sugar etc. This ensures that you unpack and relax, even late arrivals don't need to worry about finding the local supermarket.
'Casa Regina' has two showers and a separate toilet upstairs. There is a third shower located downstairs in the accessible en-suite.
Aside from gazing out across the bay there is a supply of books and games to entertain you well into the night. The downstairs TV is connected to Telstra on Demand TV.
The back patio is a casual relaxed sun trap perfect for a private BBQ or sunbathing.
The rear grassed area allows direct access to the walking/bike path the leads you down to the beach or boat ramp.
You will find badminton and croquet sets for some friendly competition or just watch the boats go by.

'Casa Regina' is smoke free home and is cleaned after every stay. It is part of your agreement with us to leave it in a neat and tidy manner upon departure. Failure to do so will mean an additional charge being added to the booking price. This also applies if any evidence of smoking inside the property is found, smells included. Please discard any cigarette butts in the bins provided.
Check out is by 10 am with the cleaner booked for 10.20 am. Please place used towels in baskets provided in bathrooms. Empty bins into outside courtyard bins. Ensure all windows are closed and lights off.

Lunches or long afternoons at Mr Grubbs at Oakdean Estate . Oneday Estate offers an eclectic mixed of old and recycled material great wine, music and Paella on Sundays form 12 onward.
