Fully self contained and set on a garden block with plenty of off street parking and a carport for the boat/jet ski, this holiday home features upstairs and downstairs living. A wrap around deck offers a sheltered BBQ area with views across the bay or to the treed hills adjacent.

Situated in a quiet hillside location yet only minutes to Dromana shops, cafes and pristine beaches, all the Peninsula has to offer is right at your doorstep - wineries, world class golf courses, gourmet food, the Peninsula Hot Springs and an abundance of family activities await.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for low budget retro accomodation We enjoyed our stay so close to the beach. If you like 1970's styled vintage you will love this property, every part of the house is vintage. There is plenty of space for a family of 6.
