Other things to note
Dromana is a lovely beach side town. The house is about a 12 minute walk to the beach. The walk down is on a footpath on Boundary rd and down McCulloch street. It is an easy pleasant walk down towards the beach, a little bit uphill on the way back,
There are plenty of bustling cafes, boutique shops and restaurants to enjoy in Dromana. There is also a playground opposite the beach, near the pier. There is an IGA supermarket there too so you don't have to travel far to enjoy yourselves.
Red hill is about a 12 minute drive so you can access many lovely wineries.
Other tourist attractions include 'Peninsula hot springs' which is approximately a 20 minute drive.

Pets are permitted outside the property, in the fenced backyard and on the deck. Your pets mess is to be cleaned up before checking out. Failure to do say may incur an additional cleaning fee. Bringing a pet to our house needs to be discussed upon booking the property.
A $500 Security bond is required upon booking our property and will be refunded within 48 hours of checking out.
