Dromana is just a 5 minute drive away with fantastic cafes/restaurants, supermarkets and boutique stores, and just 5 minutes inland are some sensational wineries with both a cellar door and restaurants.

What to bring: beach towels, bathroom towels, tea towels, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillow cases.
Guests have a choice:
1. BYO - No bedroom linen or towels provided at all - no extra costs.
2. LINEN - Clean bed linen provided to include pillowcases, fitted and flat sheets you still need own beach towels, bath towels and tea towels. Bed linen, $30 per stay per bed.
3. TOWELS - We have a towel set option of $20 per person including bath towel and beach towel and one set of 2 x tea towels for the house.
If either the linen set or towel set is required for your stay, please let the us know.
We ask all guests please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
Regular Bond $1,000 which is returned within 7 days of your stay, after cleaner has been through the property.
This is the perfect Safety Beach holiday house for some couples, a small group of friends or a family. Not suitable for parties.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code.
3. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking.
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc.
4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties are not allowed and noise and music needs to be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.
Any noise complaints outside of these hours will result in bond loss and the guest will be asked to vacant the home.
If the owner receives a fine from the council due to excessive noise outside of the timeframes resulting in your conduct this will result in bond loss.
This home does not allow for pets.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS
Guests must provide their own linen and towels fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcases, bathroom towel, beach towel and tea towels. We supply pillows, doonas and doona covers.
Guests can rent a clean linen set for $30 per bed 2x pillow cases and sheet sheet.
Guests can rent a towel set for $20 per person per stay bath towel and beach towel.

7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity so we have the chance to rectify the situation.
Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance as management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.
8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbors.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.
Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins.
Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Please vacate the spa and make sure the jets are turned off before 10pm as this is when noise restrictions start. The spa operating hours are from 7.00am and 10.00pm. Any use of the spa outside of these timeframes will result in bond loss and the guest will be asked to vacant the home.
If the owner receives a fine from the council due to spa use outside of the timeframes this will result in bond loss.
Spa takes at least 1 hour to warm up so I suggest you turn the spa on when you arrive.
To turn the spa on press the jets on the inside of the spa and make sure these are turned off when you get out of the spa.
The heater is located outside the laundry door on the right. The lowest unit is the heater, press the orange button on it and check that the screen says "heater on”
Please turn heater off before check out by following the above instructions and making sure it says “heater off” and the jets in the spa are off.
Don’t take glass cups only plastic in the spa, if it breaks, we need to drain the spa for safety.
Be mindful of children, do not leave them unattended in the spa and do not allow them to operate the spa control panel.
The tarp and binding are to be put on when the spa not in use.
Always secure the lid down after use to protect it.
Please completely pack away the spa when you have finished using it.
