It's the perfect place to gather family, friends and work colleagues for a weekend away, a special occasion or a private work retreat.
There are 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms each with plush mattresses and luxurious bedding, and each bedroom has heating and airconditioning.
The kitchen is perfectly set up to cater to groups with brand new double Miele ovens, a large cooktop, new fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a large stone bench to prepare gourmet meals with a servery out to the deck.
The house has multiple living zones for guests to enjoy. The living room at the front of the house features a fireplace with marble mantlepiece. The main living room is set up with 65" LCD TV complete with latest Foxtel, Netflix, and gaming consoles.
The back entertaining area features an inbuilt BBQ, large outdoor dining facilities and comes with a large fire pit to sit around on those extra chilly nights.
There is a large cubby house full of kids toys and equipment that the kids will love to play in for hours.
We will be constructing a beautiful designer in-ground swimming pool for next summer that will be the key feature of the back yard entertaining area.

Guests have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. The house is only ever tenanted to one group so it's all yours to enjoy.

We are the owners of the property and we want to ensure our guests have a great experience. We will be available to you at all times throughout your stay if you need any assistance.
Other things to note:
Linen is provided for all beds in the house.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please note that the property is unfenced on several boundaries and so we cannot guarantee the security of pets.
We have a two night minimum stay on weekends and three nights for long weekends.
Please note that we have a strict 'no parties' policy. Although the property is very private, we still expect our guests to respect the our neighbours as they would their own. The property is a fabulous place to gather family & friends together, but it's not for throwing parties. We welcome bookings from those guests that can understand and follow these requirements.
We are happy to offer an early check-in and a late checkout whenever possible.
