Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding comfort & value! We were attending an "extended" 2/3 day wedding in Flinders (and nearby Shoreham) and needed accommodation for 4 nights for our immediate family. Reef Breaks is perfectly located behind some shops in the main street opposite the General Store with an easy walk to the famous Flinders Pier. It provided us with simply marvellous comfortable accommodation. The apartment is large, spotlessly clean, modern and fully air-conditioned. It has a double auto garage, 3 good size bedrooms (with ultra comfortable beds), a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area (plus a gas BBQ which we didn't get to use), comfortable lounge area (with an excellent large screen TV) and two outdoor areas (one covered, one open). There are 2 full bathrooms plus a "guest" toilet & basin off the living area. This apartment provided us with 4 days of relaxed comfort. We fully recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great townhouse in the middle of Flinders village This townhouse is just behind the shops so it was very central but a quiet location, you can walk to shops, pub, restaurants etc. There is a rear deck and a front balcony so you could pick how much sun or shade you want. Inside you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great location yet still quiet This is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a generous courtyard and balcony so there was plenty of room for everyone. We stayed here with our 3 children, aged 14, 12 & 9. The location is perfect, right in the village, yet it was still very quiet. It was clean and comfortable. My only criticisms are minor. The owner needs to replace some of her glassware, which was chipped & cracked. Tissues would be appreciated. The towels were a bit scratchy & in need of an upgrade. Decent bins in the bathrooms would also be a good idea. apart from those small things though, it was a very good place that I'd gladly recommend and return to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great base on the peninsula A clean and spacious apartment. Loved the central location in Flinders and the easy day trips to wineries and restaurants on the peninsula. Very comfortable beds and good range of facilities.
