The kitchen includes modern appliances such as electric hotplates, oven, microwave and a coffee machine. There are laundry facilities also included, as well as carport for two vehicles, and a second fridge. The fully fenced in garden is spacious and well maintained, and lovely to sit in on a sunny day.
