BEACH SIDE AVENUE is a very cute town house tastefully furnished and decorated with a fresh beachy feel set over two stories. GROUND FLOOR - features open plan living with lounge, kitchen and dining room. FIRST FLOOR has 2 bedrooms and a galley style bathroom located at the top of the spiral staircase please read about bedroom availability further on. PRIVATE COURTYARDS - front and rear with an electric bbq. AIR CONDITIONING in all rooms to beat the summer heat & heating for those cooler months. KITCHEN - fully equipped with a few essential condiments including tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper & some other basic condiments, with most mod cons including a dishwasher drawer, espresso machine and tea pot. PET RULES - we accept house trained, quiet, non chewing pets upon request - no pups. Bring pet beach towel and bedding which is NOT to be washed in the washing machine. Cleaning up after your pet fur and poo is essential. Pets are not allowed on carpeted areas or furniture. Pets must be on a restraint outside the front courtyard. CHILDREN - not suitable for young children due to stairs & ornaments. RATES - these are seasonal so the advertised rate is the low season. EXCLUSIVE USE - The townhouse is for your exclusive use during your stay. A SINGLE BEDROOM IS AVAILABLE FOR A BOOKING FOR 2. A SECOND BEDROOM WILL BE LOCKED BUT IS AVAILABLE WHEN A BOOKING IS FOR 3 OR 4 PAID GUESTS OR AT AN ADDITIONAL COST.
With a supermarket close by and all the offerings of culinary delights on the Peninsula, pack lightly and make your getaway easy. Linen, hairdryer and basic toiletries are also supplied for your convenience. Beach Side is perfectly located on a large block at the end of a private tree lined cut de sac with everything you need close by…beaches, cafes, restaurants, entertainment, supermarkets, bike and walking tracks… all this under or within a 5 minute walk. You can also explore wineries, national parks, galleries, surf beaches, the hot springs…and this all under or within 20 mins drive.
It's only 100 meters to catch the Portsea bus so you can leave your car at home. It's also the same distance to the foreshore where you can ride or walk along the tracks. Uber and taxi service are available or why not hire a private limo or a tour service.
