Stunning 4 bedroom home in a prime location with every conceivable extra to make your stay one to remember. Only a 5 minute stroll to Mills Beach and a 10 minute walk to Main Street in Mornington this Tuscan inspired double storey property is quality all the way through. Built from hebel bricks that are designed to keep the home at a constant temperature all year round.

With high ceilings, polished timber floors the home has a real wow factor from the wide central corridor to the expansive open plan living areas to the rear which open out into a large alfresco entertaining area where you are greeted by a fully fenced, sparkling inground, solar heated pool.

The ground floor consists of the main bedroom with 40 inch Plasma TV, WIR's and ensuite with double shower, double vanity and toilet. There is a large laundry with front loader washing machine and also a separate toilet. The main bathroom is opulent with a deep stand alone bath and separate shower and toilet.
