The main bedroom houses a queen bed, the 3 children's bedrooms have double beds with trundles, one of them a double bunk with single bunk on top. There are also two pull out king size couches, one in the study, and the bungalow has the other pull out king size couch, with the option of an additional single bed if required. Linen and towels are provided.
The massive fully appointed kitchen has 2 wall ovens, microwave, wall mounted espresso machine and ample storage and bench space. The main living zone has polished concrete floors, a gas fire place, small pool table/ transitioning to a table tennis table, a dining table for 10, 4.2m high ceilings and directly flows onto the large alfresco deck where an outdoor lounge, dining table and built in bar/outdoor fridges also await. The alfresco looks onto a beautiful inground pool and circular spa, both fully tiled and landscaped. Pool is solar heated and spa is gas heated. A built in BBQ, outdoor bar and large outdoor flat screen TV, custom made wood fired pizza oven and outdoor fire pit with built in polished concrete bench seats finish off the entertaining package. There are 3 TV's, Bose surround sound, blu-ray, x-box, play station, WII, kids play room, small basketball court with rings either end, large lawn area with a trampoline, outdoor hot water shower, double garage and ample parking.
This home has it all but we would like to stress, it is our family home. So no young groups will be considered. It is ideal for 2 large families, or 3 small families will also fit comfortably.
Location is everything and one of the great assets of the home is the stunning cliff side. Mornington Golf course is positioned just over the road where they have a summer golf special. The area also attracts people from all areas who love to walk through the peaceful tree lined streets down to the cliff side beach walk to the beach.
We also have a dog friendly garden, fully enclosed, however all pets must stay outdoors. No animals are allowed in the home as the owner is allergic to shedding dog hair. The surrounding streets and parks are beautiful and perfect for walking your dog.
As for boating, you will be a 3 minute drive from the Mornington boat ramp and there is ample off street boat parking at the home for the largest of trailer boats. A tap is conveniently located for flushing in the front yard also.
