Located only minutes walk to the sensational Mornington Mills Beach and Village, this great summer holiday house is perfect for 2-3 holidaying families. The interior of Villa la Vue (built over 3 levels), is spacious enough to offer room for everyone, hosting 6 bedrooms (2 with ensuites), 3 further bathrooms and 2 large living rooms.The fully fenced, private outdoor surrounds host great entertainment for all including the lawned front garden which houses a trampoline and monkey bar, while the rear paved area by the pool has a netball and basketball ring. A table tennis table is also set up poolside under the deck.

Adults will enjoy summer al fresco dining from the main terraced deck covered by a shade sail and the deluxe entertainment system offering surround sound and Foxtel on both living room levels. Further outdoor living can be enjoyed from the top covered deck which is a great position to admire Mornington¿s extensive beachside every changing view.
