As a fully self-contained property ARRUNGA must be left neat and tidy, no dirty dishes or excess rubbish, beds excluding display pillows & mattress protectors stripped & BBQ left as found - fees apply for non-compliance
ZERO TOLERANCE - Absolutely no parties, hens or bucks parties are permitted under any circumstances. Non-compliance will result in immediate termination of your stay
