You will not be disappointed with your holiday at this beautiful which is just a 5 minute drive to the shops and cafes of Mt Martha. Open plan living area with bi fold doors leading onto the deck with wonderful views of the bay looking towards the Port Philip Heads. You'll be amazed by the majestic sunsets. In the open plan living area there is a flat screen TV, Foxtel and DVD with surround sound which also goes out into the Alfresco area and a 3 seater couch and 2 lounge chairs. Pebble gas fire and ceiling fan. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and induction cook top. There are 3 bar stools along the bench area and a dining table.
