Entering through the front gates of this property, you cannot begin to imagine the spectacular outlook that awaits on the other side. Arguably the most stunning views over the peninsula, the coastline and out to Port Phillip Bay, this picture perfect home will be highly sought after year round.

The exterior is all about the views and the various furnished decks will ensure you make the most of being outdoors, taking in the exceptional location and the fresh peninsula air while indulging in some of the local fare.

From the interior, generous amounts of floor to ceiling glass ensure the surrounding scenery is still the feature but the modern interior has been meticulously decorated to rival the outlook. The open living, dining and conversation area are a perfect example of the superior styling and luxurious furniture which enriches every room. A second living zone provides plenty of space for everyone's relaxation and enjoyment. Accommodating 10 guests in total, the four bedrooms stand out for quality with their feature walls of exposed brick and minimalistic style. Two of the bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed, the third has a queen-size bunk and the fourth bedroom has two single beds. Two bathrooms service the property, with one enjoying a full-size bath.

Step outside to enormous gardens and with the Mt Martha Conservation Reserve just across the road, theres no excuse not to enjoy all the surrounding area has to offer.

In addition to the beautiful calm bay waters and sandy beach, Mt Martha offers an abundance of cafes and restaurants, nature parks and walking trails - it's a scenic paradise in every direction. Further afield, the peninsula relishes in world-class wineries and restaurants, direct farm gate produce and eclectic artist studios, all guaranteed to please each and every visitor to this magnificent part of the world.

Please note - There are two sea kayaks available for use by guests with adjustable life vests and paddles.
