This well set up and positioned cottage style 3 bedroom 2 storey home is located in a quiet and beautiful tree lined street of Mt Martha, a short distance to South Beach via convenient walking track (10 minutes).
Available for holiday rentals all year round. Featuring air conditioning for Summer comfort and central heating for Winter warmth.
Entertain outside in the tranquil garden BBQ and table setting for 8 on the two tiered outdoor entertaining deck, front verandah with seating, 2 sun lounges and large umbrella in Summer months. A bar fridge is available for use in the garage for your additional drinks.
Being a rear block the kids can play safely, and the yard is fully fenced with a gate across the drive. Private outdoor shower area to rinse off sandy beach bodies.
Double remote garage is available to guests - unsuitable for high 4WD vehicles due to low ceiling height, however there is ample uncovered off street parking.
Pets are welcome at owner's discretion, however are not permitted inside the house. There is shade and protection from the weather. Pets must be disclosed at time of enquiry.
One guest liked the house so much, they moved in permanently! Plage Maison will be refreshed and re-opened for short term rentals from early December 2015.

Downstairs: Open plan living area with lounge, 42 inch LCD, Blu Ray home theatre system complete with iPod/iPhone dock, Foxtel IQ2, Ceiling Fan and Air Con. Macrosuede 5 seat lounge and additional bean bags for the kids. Square dining setting seats 8.
The modern kitchen features stainless steel gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher & fridge, and is fully equipped with kitchenware, crockery and cookware. All appliances you could need are in the closed pantry including a Nespresso Coffee Machine. Pantry basics such as teabags, coffee, sugar, alfoil, cling wrap, olive oil and a selection of herbs and spices are provided for your use. BBQ situated on the expansive deck.
Front bedroom overlooks the verandah, and has a set of solid Trio timber bunks DB bottom and SB top and trundle bed with spacious built in robes.
Fully equipped separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, clothes airer and ironing board. Off the laundry is a convenient bathroom, with shower recess and toilet.
Upstairs: Master bedroom with QS bed and walk in robe, LCD TV with built in DVD player, Foxtel and iPod dock/alarm. Sleep in Summer comfort with a Ceiling Fan and Air Con.
Third bedroom has set of solid timber bunks and steel trundle bed (elevates off the floor).
A central bathroom, with bath, shower recess and vanity, with an adjacent separate toilet.
Doona Covers are provided just BYO sheets, pillowcases & towels. Full linen can be supplied at extra charge (scroll down to see breakdown of charges under Additional Costs in the Pricing section).

Features of Mt Martha & Mornington Peninsula
Mt Martha has a series of safe, sandy bay beaches with yacht and boating facilities, foreshore reserves with picnic and barbecue facilities and a coastal walking track.
South Beach is a great family beach that is patrolled by Mt Martha Life Saving Club during the Summer months. There is also plenty to do away from the iconic beach boxes of South Beach.
For more information on the scenic drives, quaint villages, organic markets, boutique wineries, restaurants, cafes, along with many kid friendly activities, check out the numerous websites on Mornington Peninsula Tourism. There's heaps to do, or not! Lazing on South Beach, or on the deck at Plage Maison Mt Martha, may be just what you need.
Mt Martha is now a stress free 1 hour drive to Melbourne via the Eastlink M3 motorway.
Mt Martha Village has all necessities including, supermarket, cafes, liquor shop, butcher, bakery, DVD hire, take away food outlets, pharmacy, as well as a Doctor and Dentist. Mornington Village is only a short 10 minute drive away, and has many restaurants, cafes and shopping outlets, including a 24 hour supermarket and Target.
