This four bedroom house is a perfect get away for one to two families or 3-4 couples. Just a few minutes stroll down a tree lined local road to the beautiful South Beach and the shops of Mount Martha Village, the delights of the Mornington Peninsula are all in easy reach. Wineries, world class restaurants, a choice of the safest of beaches or a short drive to rugged surf beaches, spas, markets, art galleries, horse riding or fun in a maze are all within easy reach.
If you prefer to stay at home you will enjoy lazing around the in ground swimming pool, cooking on the outdoor BBQ and relaxing on the sun lounges. The house is totally private and is complemented by the landscaped garden which is specially designed for Australian conditions.
Fitted out to a very high standard to meet all your holiday needs, the house easily copes with family groups, while giving adults a private space. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and immediate access to the study; two further double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom which sleeps four with a double bed, single bunk overhead and a trundle bed.

The house is totally private, but it is in a suburban area and we value our relationship with our neighbours. For this reason we do not allow parties and request that all guests maintain and respect the quiet ambiance of the area.
The house is strictly a no smoking house.
All guests are required to complete a Booking Form confirming the names of people who will be staying. Only those named on the Booking Form are permitted to be at the property at any time.
Pets are welcome with prior agreement on the understanding that there will be no sign of them inside or out when you leave.
