The beautifully architect designed round house sits high on a hill nestled half way between the Portsea Front and Back beach, with sweeping panoramic views including the Portsea Golf Course, the bay and natural bush views.
There is an abundance of natural light featuring a central open plan kitchen which radiates out to a spacious dining and living area, with a wrap-around balcony, providing space for outdoor dining at its best.
While this house is is close to everything it has a unique and tranquil feeling complimented by regular visits from adorable kookaburras, rosellas and magpies. There is a basketball ring and green lawn for games.
The main bedroom features a King bed, ensuite with spa bath; second bedroom has a Queen bed with adjacent bathroom; third bedroom has two Single beds and a storage nook housing kids toys and games. Downstairs there is a fourth bedroom accommodating one Double bed and two Single beds, and an adjacent bathroom, separate laundry with access to outside.
Other features include a central open fireplace, separate BBQ deck off the kitchen area, air conditioning, heating, WIFI, local calls and Foxtel. There is a car space for 4 cars only.
