All holiday houses are cleaned by contract cleaners prior to your arrival, at the expense of the owners/previous tenants. It is part of our terms and conditions that contract cleaners will be engaged to clean the property post your tenancy at your expense. @ $40.00 per hour plus GST In all cases the cost of the post stay will be deducted from your condition guarantee payment. BOND Condition Guarantee
The condition Guarantee is paid via a valid credit card which is pre-authorised for the specified amount. On vacating the property a representative of KBG will inspect the property and if necessary carry our works needed to return the property to its original pre booking state at which time we will process the pre authorisation for an amount to cover the accounts This process can take up to 21 days during the peak season Dec, Jan and Feb
