Listed for the first time last summer. We rented out 4 times over summer and received very good feedback. The house is one of the best streets in Portsea and is surrounded by other prestige properties. One review posted at the end from the review section.
Large classic beach house in Portsea on 2850 sqm block with North / South tennis court and beautiful landscaping / palm trees to give that resort feel in a world class location.
The Portsea pier / pub, back beach and and golf course are all around around 1km from the house and an easy walk. Sorrento wining and dining is a few minutes drive. The house would also make a great base for golfing tour on the Mornington Peninusula. Portsea and Sorrento courses are located nearby.
The house is surrounded by other large properties and is hedged on 3 sides for peace and quiet. The return drive way provides plenty of room for parking. Carport.
The house sleeps 12 all up, but please note 4 of the beds are built in bunks. It is a large spacious home, in good condition with lots of living and entertaining space including large deck areas right around the house to capture the sun all day. Sun loungers 5 on the main deck look over the lawn to the court. it is a very relaxing home.
There are 3 queen beds, 1 king and a spacious rear wing with built-in bunks 4 room for the kids. The bunk room doubles as a rumpus room. There are 4 bathrooms all up either ensuite or adjoining. All linen and towels included. Bring your own beach towels however.
Large family room overlooking the garden and tennis court which has floodlights and another large living room with dining table. The kitchen overlooks the main family room and is fully stocked with all new utensils / equipment. Outdoor dining table, built-in 6 burner BBQ.
Unlimited broadband wifi included. There are 4 TVs, 3 with DVDs and 3 bluetooth speakers throughout the house.
Living rooms have fans. Only the formal dining area has reverse cycle A/C. All the windows have external shades to keep the house cool.
No parties, functions or noise impacting neighbours will be tolerated. Conditions are outlined in the property terms and conditions. No pets. No parking on the lawn area.
“We stayed at this property for 10 days in January and had a fabulous time. It is a very large house with 5 good sized bedrooms. The house was immaculate and clean. It had everything you would hope for and more. It really felt like 'home'. The tennis court is in good condition and there is sporting equipment to make use of as well. The owner was very accommodating and easy to deal with. It is a fantastic house for entertaining which we did a lot of. The kids rumpus and bathroom down the back was very handy. The location was fabulous as well and in a quiet street. We would definitely stay at this property again.”
