Our property theme consists of French Provincial and Beach decor, furniture and soft furnishings. The property has the main queen sized bedroom, with walk in robe and full ensuite upstairs on the south side. It adjoins the well epuipped kitchen, family dining, lounge room area and leads out to an outdoor under cover balcony facing north. The upper area is bright and private. The main property entrance is from the ground floor northern front door which leads into a hallway with a twin single bed format in the front bedroom (trundle set up)! There is an internal secured entrance to a generously sized double garage, the third bedroom has a queen sized bed, a full bathroom with second toilet plus a bath which is ideal for families and a fully equiped seperate laundry with south exit to a private courtyard. The property has had an extensive upgrade, painting, new carpet and other enhancements in November for our guests to enjoy over December 2015 and throughout 2016. This a quiet and very well positioned private retreat residence in beautiful Queenscliff.
Please note that the property has two levels with a split stair case made up of 8 stairs, a landing and another 8 stairs to reach the upstairs main living area. Unfortunately it is not a wheel chair friendly residence. There are two slide in child security gates that can be used to close off the stair well. The stairs are not steep and have very good hand rails. There is a bus stop to Geelong 150 metres from our front door. Arrangements for keys and property entry will be organised with guests in the lead up to your stay. If you are a couple and only require the use of one bedroom and the living area we can offer pricing to suit you. If there are only two couples we can just offer the two queen sized bedrooms at a rate that suits. Note that the two downstairs bedrooms can be locked so as the property suits the guests requirements and budget.
