An open plan kitchen offers SMEG appliances with an electric oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and is well equipped for the entertainer. The dining and living area have access to the deck where you can relax on the modern outdoor furniture while enjoying a BBQ and the views across the parklands to the ocean. The 2nd living area has another large flat screen TV with the addition of DVD and great DVD library to enjoy. Climate control is by hydronic central heating and a large split system air-conditioner in the lounge area and several ceiling fans. This beautiful apartment has lift entry directly to your Penthouse enabling easier access for anyone with mobility challenges.Everything is just a short walk away. The local restaurants, galleries, coffee shops and The Blues Train are nearby. The monthly market, the golf course and harbour are just down the road. You can see the ferry come in and stroll down to meet friends if they are arriving in this manner.
