Legend has it Pirate Benito Benita is said to have buried plundered Spanish treasure in a cave in the cliffs of Swan Bay in 1798. Various syndicates and individuals have undertaken serious excavation work in search of the treasure, but to no avail.

Downstairs features a Lounge room, which leads into an open plan living area comprising

Upstairs has accommodation for up to six people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite and walk in robe, queen-size bed in the second and two singles in the third. The second and third bedrooms both have access to balcony and some ocean view.
