Imagine sitting relaxing, on a deck overlooking the waters of Swan Bay, tucked away from the crowds yet only a few minutes drive from the attractions of Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.

Only a gentle fifteen minute stroll from a popular family beach with a dedicated dog section,

Bay Escape is a large, pet friendly, family sized townhouse with two separate living areas, one at either end of the property.

There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets and several decks as well as a barbeque and outdoor entertaining area.

With Swan Bay on the doorstep and the famous Bellarine rail trail running along the front of the property, Bay Escape is ideal not only for families but also cyclists and steam train enthusiasts.

Designed and furnished to maximise the comfort of guests, Bay Escape allows you to be as active

or sedentary as you choose.

Make use of the wireless internet, bike, stroll or jog into Queenscliff or simply relax

sitting out on the deck soaking in the view.

It is a short walk along to beautiful Dog beach where on the left, dogs romp in the water

and on the right they stay on leash.

Alternatively you can go a little farther afield and drive five minutes to the Point Lonsdale surf beach or just twenty minutes to Ocean Grove.

Looking for something different?

Try one of the local golf courses, visit local wineries, play mini golf, visit the Adventure Park in Wallington, take a ride on the local steam train or even take the ferry across to Sorrento for the day

And when you've had your fill, return to the blissful tranquility and indulgent comforts of Bay Escape.

Some important notes:

As arrival time is anytime from 3 pm onwards, we have installed a key safe to enable more flexibility with arrival. We are happy to discuss variations to arrival time on a case by case basis. There is a large folder with information about the property in the living area and we can be contacted with any queries. We have local support for assistance in case of emergency, however there may be a fee charged for unnecessary call outs.

Bay Escape sleeps up to eight people comfortably with linen being provided for the three main bedrooms.

By utilising the sofa beds and spare mattresses, an extra two people can be accommodated however there will be a surcharge per person dependent on the length of stay to cover the extra work involved. It does not cover the cost of extra linen.

Please let us know in advance if you want the king singles made up rather than the king size bed in the second bedroom.

Whilst Bay Escape is pet friendly, we do ask that you do not allow your pet to climb onto any of the furniture.

There is a standard bond payable prior to renting the property and should you wish to bring your pet there is an additional pet surcharge of $50 for cleaning.

Please note that smoking is only permitted within the courtyard area and ashtrays can be found under the barbecue.

Under no circumstances whatsoever is smoking permitted within the house or on the decks.

More about Bay Escape

Upstairs in Bay Escape, the lounge and dining areas have polished floorboards, leather seating and a generous eight seater table, as well as an outdoor setting on one of the decks, both of which look out onto the water.

In the unlikely event that you should tire of the view, the lounge also boasts a large flat screen television.

In the sleek well equipped kitchen, not only is there a dishwasher but also an automatic coffee machine so don't forget to bring along a supply of your favourite coffee beans.

Rest assured though, tea and instant coffee are also supplied.

There is also a plunger in case you wish to bring pre ground coffee.

Behind the upstairs toilet is a the den - a snug room in which the high chair has been stored.

Here you will find a comfy sofa bed which can sleep an extra person and is also a welcoming place to escape the television if you wish to do so .

Moving downstairs there is a stair gate discretely fitted at the top of the stairs there is a portable cot stored underneath the staircase.

Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom open out onto a garden area from which you look onto the serene waters of Swan Bay.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and full ensuite.

The second bedroom also boasts a king size bed which can be separated into two king singles if preferred.

Downstairs, the third bedroom is situated looking out onto the attractive courtyard, housing a large comfortable eight seater outdoor setting and hooded barbeque.

This bedroom is furnished with a trio bunk,with a double bed on the bottom and a single above.

Also adjacent to the courtyard is the games room, complete with pool table, Wii, pull out sofa bed and enough books and games to keep a group of people occupied for months.

Please note - If you wish to use the sofa beds, you will need to provide your own bedding.
