Welcome to our Mornington Peninsula Home - Beach 39
I am a Melbourne based Interior Stylist and Architect, so every detail of this house has been considered.
Beach 39 is an eclectic modern gem tucked away in the bushy sites in one of Mornington Peninsula's secluded locations - Rosebud.
It has been lovingly renovated and filled with our own personal photography collection, beautiful art and objects.
I work in design and Beach 39 has been carefully crafted and will suit anyone who appreciates good design. We wanted to create a unique and relaxed space on the peninsula to delight the eye but ensuring the practicality and comfort is second-to-none.
The spacious but humble home has three bedrooms, one bathroom with bath, cafe-style kitchen and a loungy living room. Beach 39 will suit couples, singles and also a family - or two
The space is creative and inspirational. It features high ceilings, substantial northerly facing windows which are in keeping with the original character, a decent sized deck with bbq and large outdoor dining area with a lush green backyard oasis - great for the kids Beach 39 is filled with natural light and streaming sunshine. Every detail has been considered - very comfy beds with lovely linen, generous storage for the longer stayers, newly renovated bathroom with high-quality tap ware throughout. A great selection of design and architecture books, Bang & Olufsen sound system, Apple TV, flat screen TV and the blend of rustic Australiana meets Scandinavian inspired interior and design objects. This is the perfect base to return to after your coastal adventures.
Beach 39 is an off-the beaten track location but still in a great central area. Located in Rosebud West and a short drive to all of the Mornington Peninsula's best restaurants, cafes, shops, markets, attractions and galleries including a five minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs. There are many amazing cafes, restaurants and galleries in the surrounding areas worth visiting - as you will discover in our welcome package upon arrival.
Beach 39 is also perfectly situated between many of the Mornington Peninsulas most beautiful parks and beaches including journey south of Rosebud along Boneo Road is Cape Schanck where a historic lighthouse crowns the rugged southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. There is also Arthurs Seat brilliant view of the bay, a two minute walk to safe Port Phillip Bay swimming beaches - great for families and a short drive to several ocean beaches for the more confident swimmers.
This is Mornington Peninsula living at its best.
