Melbourne city is just over an hours’ drive, while Sorrento is 13 km away.

The extensively equipped gourmet kitchen contains a large double door fridge, dishwasher, oven and gas stove top, microwave and coffee machine as well as additional electrical appliances. A huge timber dining table seats 10.
The black leather modular lounge is generous in proportion, matched by the flat screen television with home theatre system, Wii console and games and a substantial selection of movies, while a gas fire place creates cosy ambience and additional warmth in the colder months.
The separate office/library contains an extensive assortment of books and novels and there are original artworks throughout the house.
Enjoy an alfresco meal on the covered timber deck complete with an outdoor dining area for 6, lounge chairs and a huge mains gas BBQ. rotisserie available on request. The rear private courtyard is north facing and fully enclosed, with a tropical themed garden.
The main bedroom contains a King size bed made from weathered Sorrento Pier timber, TV and DVD player and has direct access to the outdoor deck. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the ensuite spa bath, which also contains a shower and toilet.
In a separate wing, the second bedroom contains a comfortable Queen size bed, while the third bedroom contains three beds. bunk and single bed configuration, with an option for a fourth bed A second bathroom contains a deep bath and walk in shower, with a separate toilet.
The laundry off the Kitchen contains washing machine and dryer, and a games cupboard. All linen and towels are included in the rate, while beach towels can be supplied for an additional charge please use special request box.
Many additional features make guests stay more comfortable; double glazed windows, reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating, large hot water system, outdoor shower hot and cold mixer tap, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, off road parking for two cars, security wire front door and an alarm system.
The property is fully self maintained and self catered. The owner is available and contactable 24/7 should any issues arise.
Please note, there is a minimum two night stay off peak and weekends and a three night minimum for school holidays and long weekends including the peak period December – January.
Check in is after 2pm and check out is before 10am. Some flexibility regarding early check in and late check out can be negotiated directly with owner, where an additional fee may be required send an enquiry and is subject to availability.
A bond applies to all bookings.
