Please note that we supply doonas, doona covers and pillows for all bedding but no sheets, pillowcases or towels, so please arrange to bring some. We do however supply a fitted bottom sheet to both divans.
A $1,000 Bond payment is also required 1 week prior to the arrival date.
The property is professionally cleaned after each guest leaves however guests must ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition before leaving i.e no dirty dishes, stove and oven cleaned if used bbq cleaned if used general sweep of floor and mop if drinks etc have been spilled. Any excess cleaning may attract an additional fee which will be deducted from the property bond.
Damage / Breakages
Any breakages or damage must be reported prior to checkout. Depending upon the nature or extent of breakage / damage additional fees may be charged.
