Bedroom 1 has single bed and set of single bunks. Bed 2 has a Queen bed and full ensuite with walk in shower. Bed 3 has queen bed wardrobe and dresser. Large Lounge with 127cm flat screen TV and DVD player. Netflix available and WiFi connection. Large Split System for heating and cooling in Lounge and Kitchen/Dining area..
Kitchen / Family Area: has fully equipped modern kitchen with large bench tops. Appliances include, dishwasher, microwave, stove top and oven, fridge-Freezer, electric jug, toaster, Large split system for heating and cooling. There is ample kitchen utensils including cookware, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
Main bathroom has large walk in shower and bath with a lovely vanity and large mirror. Laundry: complete with washing machine, Dryer, Iron / Ironing Board, sink and storage cupboards. Seperate toilet off main passageway.
Bungalo: has kitchenette with sink, Electric Jug, Toaster and microwave with ample cupboard space. Bedding consists of a set of bunks with a double on the bottom and single on top. There is also a flat screen TV and DVD player for the kids together with a split system for cooling and heating comfort.
Doors from the kitchen and bungalo open onto the large timber decking to create indoor-outdoor entertaining and living.
Back yard: Beautiful timber decking with outdoor setting to seat 8 people + BBQ all with a backdrop of landscaped gardens.
There is an outdoor shower hot & cold water for those quick wash offs after the beach.
Parking: Large single carport with space for second vehicle in drive or on large nature strip.
Please note that we supply doonas, doona covers and pillows for all bedding but no sheets, pillowcases or towels, so please arrange to bring some.
A $1,000 bond payment is required 1 week prior to the arrival date.
The property is professionally cleaned after each guest leaves however guests must ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition before leaving i.e no dirty dishes, stove and oven cleaned if used bbq cleaned if used general sweep of floor and mop if drinks etc have been spilled. Any excess cleaning may attract an additional fee which will be deducted from the property bond.
Damage / Breakages
Any breakages or damage must be reported prior to checkout. Depending upon the nature or extent of breakage / damage additional fees may be charged.
Location & Amenity
A lovely central location in a picturesque part of the Mornington Peninsula. Golf courses, wineries, horse riding, day spas, fishing, surfing and walking trails are all within close proximity as are the popular local markets and seasonal carnivals.
The property is located a short walk from the Plaza Shopping Centre, Rosebud Hotel, Rosebud Cinema, local shops, cafes and take-away food outlets.
Enjoy the beach at Rosebud and surrounding bayside beaches of Rye and Dromana with sandbars extending up to 200m from the shore creating an ideal safe setting for bathing. For more of an adrenaline boost, try surfing or horseriding at nearby Gunnamatta Ocean Beach.
The Rosebud area also provides the region's greatest concentration of golf courses, with major resort-style courses only minutes away.
We advise that Sea Mist has a "No Schoolies Policy" and subsequently the property will only be let to families, couples and mature age groups from 19th November 2016 to 14th December 2016. Surcharges apply during this period.
