Situated at the McCrae end of town and directly opposite parkland, the beach, and an easy stroll to shops, cinema, & cafes.

Great for the larger family or perfect for two couples and the kids.

Transport is at the door, and easy access to the freeway entrance is a feature of this property with a double remote door garage available for you car.

This security gated property offers a very modern townhouse (number 3) in a comfortable complex of only 5. It is perfectly located to provide a quite retreat yet with direct and easy access to the holiday bussle that Rosebud & McCrae feature.

It offers 3 very spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and a powder room. An enormous lounge/dining area adjoins a beautiful up to the minute kitchen, with walk-in pantry, gas and electric cooking, ample bench space and dish washer.

Downstairs is open plan living that allows for a true family orientated holiday environment. The master bedroom has a terrific outlook to the rear entertainment area and the laundry includes all new front load washer and dryer.

Upstairs includes 2 additional spacious bedrooms and a full size second bathroom. Bedroom #2 includes a Queen size bed whilst Bedroom #3 provides 2 Double size beds with ample room and all quality furnishings.

The outdoor area as a key feature that extends the living to a private decking and garden area. It is perfectly positioned to capture all the morning sun and a refuge in the warmer afternoons. The smaller breakfast/sitting area is well complimented to the large ajoining entertainment area with barbeque, water feature and an outdoor setting that caters for 8 people.

BYO linen - towels, sheets and doona covers (These can be provided at a reasonable additional cost if required)

For peak periods and weekend bookings, a 50% deposit is required to confirm booking and a $300 bond required.

Good neighbour Policy. -We need to strictly respect our neighbours and the family environment of this property so the usual '10.00 'no noise' & 'no parties' rule is a mandatory requirement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property What an amazing townhouse!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Easter break. The accommodation was superbly presented, impeccably clean and was more than comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was such a treat during the day. We loved the position of the townhouse. The beach being across the road was so handy and we enjoyed many walks on the Rosebud foreshore. The local supermarket, cafes and bakery were within a short easy walk. The owners are very lovely people and welcomed us warmly in their home. We will most definitely return to this beautiful townhouse for our next holiday. Thank you so much!!!

This townhouse was very clean and tidy and the service was brilliant. Would most definitely stay here again and would highly recommended it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent townhouse, perfect location! We stayed here over Christmas and found the place to be just as we hoped it would be. From the moment we walked in, this property did not disappoint. With plenty of room for the six of us, it has a very presentable indoors and a beautiful outdoor decking area. Walking distance to shops and to the beach (just over the road) the location was perfect. All in all we had a thoroughly enjoyable time - can definitely recommend it for a family holiday.
