Bond: Rental equivalent or $1000 max.

Linen included - pillows, doonas & covers, sheets and extra blankets, even bathroom towels, tea towels etc
Guests are required to tidy up after themselves and leave the house in reasonable clean and tidy state .
Additional cleaning charge may apply $100 flat rate for house only or if unit is also used $130 flat rate.
No Parties noise after midnight on weekends or after 10pm weekdays. Bond will not be refunded should we receive complaints from the neighbors.
Any complaints must be notified in the first instance, immediately so that we can investigate the circumstances and take any necessary action. In no circumstances can compensation be made for any complaints that are made after the date of departure, or where your have denied or prevented us or our agents the opportunity to try to put matters right during the stay.
