Rye Beach House features
Your hidden sanctuary is located on an elevated allotment with amazing views of a ti-treed valley down towards the famous Port Phillip Bay. Imagine getting away from the pressures of work to just relax and unwind.
Your split level beach house consists of light and bright open plan living with four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and one powder room. The upper level living area comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge rooms with floor to ceiling concertina doors opening onto a large deck with spectacular views across the bay. The kitchen comprises stone benches, Smeg oven and gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and is stocked with all the appliances, crockery, utensils, and basic ingredients for your stay. We even supply Expressi coffee capsules for your morning fix.
Your lounge offers a large Kings Furniture leather sofa, flat screen TV, and DVD player to allow you to unwind after a long day of exploring or playing at the beach. Experience the wonderful views and sunny brunches or warm alfresco dining during summer on the large deck with outdoor umbrella and Weber Q BBQ for easy outdoor cooking under the stars.
The master bedroom and powder room are also located on the upper level. The master bedroom comprises a QS bed (with a top of the range mattress with latex pillow top to ensure you have a wonderful nights sleep), BIR and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The lower level living area with large flat screen TV and DVD player, offers you an additional entertaining area perfect for relaxing, or giving your kids some space to watch their own movies, or play table tennis on the deck. A split system is installed in the two main living areas providing air conditioning and heating to meet all Melbourne's seasonal requirements.
There are three bedrooms, a central bathroom and small laundry located on the lower level. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second and third bedrooms have tri-bunks (double bed lower bunk, single bed upper bunk) which comfortably sleep 8 people in total, depending on your requirements.
