Ocean Bay Rye, is capable of sleeping a maximum of 8 Adults or 6 Adults 4 children in the following configuration;
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed
Bedroom 3 has a 2 bunk beds which sleeps 4
There is also a comfortable 3 seater sofa bed with a trampoline base and foam mattress.
To ensure your comfort all towels, linen and bedding are provided and all bedrooms are heated for those winter nights. The house has a grand family worthy bathroom with a walk-in shower. Washing machine and dryer facilities are also available.
Off road parking can accommodate up to 4 cars and there is room for caravan or boat parking. Smoking is allowed in outdoors areas only.
This is a great place to escape too. A few doors down you will find the renowned Peninsula Pantry with their homemade baking and coffee.. Breakfast and lunch are easily covered. A brisk walk or a long stroll will take you to cafés, restaurant, shops, front bay and back ocean beach. You will find Peninsula Hot Springs just 4.2 km down the road and a short drive will take you to Sorrento, Portsea, Flinders. Cape Schanck, Dunes, Moonah Links Golf courses, Red Hill wineries and summer market.
