Set amongst a large and tranquil garden, this well designed 4 bedroom house is located 2 streets away from the beach; close enough for a short stroll to the beach, but far enough from the busy traffic of the main street.
This solid brick home is perfect for a summer holiday or a winter escape, with air conditioning in all living areas including master bedroom and ducted heating throughout.

$400 per night - min 2 nights public holidays - min 3 nights
$500 per night - Summer, Christmas/New Years, min 7 nights

All linen is provide sheets & bath towels, please bring your own beach towels
Please advise which beds are required to be made up.
$100 - Cleaning flat fee per booking
This fee includes having the whole property cleaned prior to check-in, and a quick once over upon check-out.
We find this is the fairest way to charge to have the house looking beautiful and presentable for your stay.
If you decide to stay for 2 nights or 1 week, you will only pay the once off $100 cleaning fee.
However, please note, the house is to be left clean and tidy, as you found it.
Extra charges will be incurred should extra cleaning be required.

Details of the house will be emailed or SMS to you upon confirmation of the booking you can also request theses in advance.

All household essentials: Salt & pepper, olive oil, coffee, tea, herbal tea, spices, sugar, other condiments, all cleaning products. Shampoo & conditioner, a few rolls of toilet paper to cover you for your first few nights of your stay.
Formal lounge: 2 x 3 seater couches, reverse cycle air con, 51 inch plasma TV, DVD player.
Kitchen: Huge and fully equipped for cooking a roast or baking a cake, dishwasher, breakfast bar with 3 x stools, all new kitchen appliances, full fridge full freezer located in laundry.
Open plan living/dining: Beautiful timber table seats 8 people, reverse cycle air con.
Rumpus/Bar Room: 1 x 3 seater couch, 1 x chaise lounge suite, 42 inch plasma TV, blu ray player, board games, magazines, drinks bar with sink.
Laundry: full freezer, washing machine, dryer, separate toilet, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Main bathroom: Shower and separate bath.
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, 32 inch plasma TV, blue ray player, ensuite bathroom, huge walk in robe, reverse cycle air con, hairdryer, hair straightener.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, built in robes.
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, built in robes.
