Bayside Escape - 200 metres to the beach

You will enjoy the luxury of being able to walk to the beach when you stay at this modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom double storey townhouse. Located a convenient 200 metres from the front beach and the walking/bike track this can take you all the way into Sorrento, it is easy to avoid the traffic. There is also a boat ramp just around the corner. The Peninsula Hot Springs is a 5 minute drive away and there are many wineries and golf courses close by.

This townhouse would equally suit 1 or 2 families, with a living room, split system air conditioning unit and TV with Foxtel upstairs as well as downstairs. There is also WiFi.

The outdoor area is a haven for relaxing as there are couches, ceiling fans, patio heaters, a dining table as well as a BBQ and a Weber. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The main bathroom has a bath.
