Our house is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is a 2 minute drive and 16 minute walk to the main street of Rye where you can enjoy the cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping, a walk along the pier and soak up the sun relaxing on the beach.
We welcome you to our house and simply ask that you love and respect our house as much as we do.
Featuring a lounge/dining area with a comfy sofa, a 55 inch TV, air conditioner, Coonara wood heater and a large 8 seater table.
A spacious retro Kitchen which has all amenities. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pod machine.
Laundry with washing machine.
Bathroom has shower over bath. Separate toilet.
Featuring 4 bedrooms it can comfortably sleep 10 people.
Ceiling fans in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 and airconditioning in bedroom 4.
A 32" TV in bedrooms 1, 2 and 3.
Mattress protectors, sheets, pillow cases, doona's, doona covers and pillows are supplied for each bed.
2 towels are supplied for each person.
Games room with a comfy sofa, a Foosball table, board games, card games and a large chalk board.
Large undercover veranda is the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a BBQ with family and friends.
Large driveway and an undercover carport with space to park 2 cars, a boat, or jetskis.
Please ensure all appliances are used correctly and any candles, the air conditioner, bbq, fire place etc are turned off and all windows and doors are locked prior to leaving the house.
Please also make sure all items used in the kitchen are washed and put away in the cupboards and drawers and the kitchen is left clean and tidy and the bbq is cleaned before leaving.
Check in anytime after 3pm and check out anytime before 10am.
