The kitchen houses oven with gas stovetop, dishwasher and microwave oven. Ample crockery and cutlery and an array of dishwasher suitable cooking equipment.
The dining area boasts a large table that will seat 10 comfortably.
A light filled living area includes couch and comfortable armchairs, TV with DVD player. Cosy Coonara wood heater complements the living space while on cooler evenings the central heating proves invaluable.
The older style bathroom, comprising shower over bath, has ensuite effect to master bedroom. Bathroom is adequate but certainly not glamorous.
A large outdoor deck stretching from the dining area captures the afternoon sun. Gas BBQ provided. Ample yard to run and explore.
Relax on the hammock in the dappled shade or find one of the many nooks, either on the verandah or around the property, to sneak off with a good book or a glass of wine.
